Braunform’s patented Lift&Strip²® technology stands for a fully mechanical and robust mold solutions enabling horizontal demolding. The part is simultaneously lifted from the cavity and stripped off, which shortens cycle times and increases production efficiency.
The stepwise guided motion eliminates the need for a separate drive for the stripper plate, while still allowing for speed-controlled stripping to ensure gentle part demolding. The system enables horizontal part molding, significantly fewer limitations in gate positioning, burr-free demolding, and outstanding gate quality. Especially in multi-component applications, Lift&Strip²® has established itself as a true gamechanger.
