Combi-Seal Cap

Safety and comfort for pharmaceutical solutions

The Combi-Seal Cap is a thin-walled aluminium cap with a sealing element for closure systems used in the medical technology sector. As a primary packaging, the closure component ensures the system integrity of the cartridge and thus ensures easy and reliable application.

Our experience in the development of integrated complete solutions combined with state-of-the-art technical equipment guarantee our customers sophisticated products with maximum safety.

Added value advantages:

  • Ensure the integrity of the container
  • Secure sealing component against mechanical damage and contamination
  • Rubber components are free of natural rubber,  2-MBT and nitrosamines
  • Hardness of the rubber 50 shore A
  • Meets the requirements of USP<381> “elastomeric closures for injection“, type I and Agar diffusion test (USP<87>)
  • Compliance with the highest quality standards through fully automatic assembly and 100 % camera control

Technical Data

Monolayer Liner

Nominal size 7,5
Closure height 4,9   (h1 ± 0,15)
