Braunform GmbH congratulates Oliver Bornhäuser on his 25-year company anniversary. Since joining the company as Head of Human Resources in July 2001, he has supported Braunform’s development with great commitment and outstanding professional expertise. Throughout his career at Braunform, he assumed additional responsibility for the Finance Department and, in 2010, was appointed Head of HR and Finance as well as Authorized Signatory.

Today, Oliver Bornhäuser is one of the company’s most influential personalities. He is a valued sparring partner, trusted advisor, and important source of inspiration for the owner family, the management team, and the entire executive leadership circle. Through his strategic thinking, solution-oriented approach, and strong business acumen, he makes a significant contribution to positioning Braunform successfully and sustainably for the future. He is particularly committed to the company’s long-term development and, together with the owners and management team, actively supports Braunform’s photovoltaic initiatives.

In addition to his professional qualities, Oliver Bornhäuser is especially appreciated for his personable and approachable nature. Down-to-earth, authentic, and always accessible, he interacts with colleagues on equal terms. His respectful manner, reliability, and willingness to help make him a highly valued colleague throughout the company. Outside of work, Oliver enjoys an active lifestyle as a passionate road cyclist, dedicated Liverpool FC supporter, and enthusiast of strawberry cake.

On the occasion of his 25-year company anniversary, Oliver Bornhäuser reflects: “I am grateful for the past 25 years at Braunform.
