Bahlingen/Endingen. On September 1, Braunform welcomed eight new apprentices. Six are beginning their apprenticeships as toolmakers, and two others as mechatronics technicians. They have chosen a career with a future: high-tech toolmaking “Made in Germany,” real career prospects, and the chance to work on projects for customers worldwide from our locations in Bahlingen and Endingen.

The new trainees were officially welcomed to the company over the past few days. “Every apprenticeship begins with curiosity, courage, and an opportunity. This is exactly the opportunity we want to offer young people,” says Oliver Bornhäuser, Commercial Director at Braunform.

What many people don’t know: Numerous current specialists and managers at Braunform began their careers as apprentices or DHBW students. For the company, therefore, training is far more than just filling open positions. It is an essential component of the success and growth of the company, which was founded in 1977.

With around 40 apprentices and dual-track students, Braunform is one of the region’s leading companies in terms of training. In addition to technical qualifications, the focus is on team spirit, personal development, and a passion for technology.

Not just another run-of-the-mill job—but a meaningful start to a career: While the new apprentices are taking their first steps at the company, Braunform is already looking ahead: In 2027, Braunform will once again support young people on their path to professional life and a skilled apprenticeship.
