Braunform celebrates loyalty and commitment

Braunform GmbH, a global leader in mold making and plastic technology, looks back on more than 45 years of innovation and success. At a festive event at the „Adler“ restaurant in Königschaffhausen South-West Germany, the company honored 17 employees for their long-standing loyalty and valuable contribustions.

With great appreciation, Braunform honored a total of 17 anniversaries: ten employees for ten years of service four for 25 years and one each for 30,40 and impressive 45 years within the company. Managing Director and owner Pamela Braun, together with the General Managers Emmanuel Foyer and Joachim Stiller, personally presented certificates and gifts as a symbol of appreciation and gratitude.

In addition, Braunform bid farewell to eight employees as they entered their well-deserved retirement.

Pamela Braun emphatized in her speech: “Our employees are the basis of our success. Their loyalty and commitment over many years are not something we take for granted – they reflect a strong corporate culture based on trust and appreciation.“

The celebration provided a special opportunity to honor the loyalty and dedication of these employees and highlight their crucial role in the company’s success.

With this event, Braunform emphasizes its deep appreciation it has for ist employees and the importance of a strong, trust-based corporate culture for sustainable business success.
