Braunform GmbH: 40 years of expertise and engagement at Braunform – Patrick Sutterer celebrates his anniversary

On April 1, 2026, Patrick Sutterer will celebrate a very special anniversary: he has been part of Braunform GmbH for 40 years. Four decades with one company are a remarkable testament to loyalty, reliability, and a constant desire for further development. At a time when long-term professional relationships are becoming increasingly rare, such a career is an expression of deep commitment between a dedicated employee and a company that built on continuity and trust.

Patrick began his career on April 1, 1986, as a conventional milling machine operator. Initially, he manufactured mold and components, later moving on the electrodes made of copper and graphite. Patrick Sutterer was involved in the introduction of HSC milling (high-speed cutting of hardened steel) from the very beginning and played a key role in the development and establishment of this technology. Today, he is considered as one of the technology experts in the field of HSC milling – an absolute professional whose knowledge and experience are particularly beneficial to younger colleagues. His expertise is in high demand within the company not only because of his technical excellence, but also because he genuinely enjoys sharing his knowledge. Many young professionals have benefited from his patience and skill.

Patrick is always open to new ideas, a perfectionist, and extremely creative and versatile when it comes to craftmanship. He thrives on challenges and consistently finds solutions that are both technically sophisticated and precisely executed. His discipline and high quality standards have contributed significantly to Braunforms´s position at the forefront of milling technology.

In addition to his professional expertise, Patrick is known for his social skills and balanced personality. He is positive, calm, level-headed, and disciplined – quantities he has demonstrated throughout his many years of professional experience. In his private life, his heart beats for cycling, especially mountain biking. He plans his own tours and has already mastered numerous alpine mountain tours in the Alps and Dolomites – often challenging routes that require endurance and courage. His passion reflected in his determination and perseverance, qualities that also distinguish him in his profession.
