Positive response at this year's Education Day of Braunform GmbH in Bahlingen - The application period for young talents starts currently

According to the motto „Braunform for your future“ the company organized its 7th open house day for pupils, optional with their parents, on Saturday, 5th July 2014. More than 50 interested persons took part to get some information about the company and the training opportunities, as well as actively participate in a candidate training.

After an initial welcome of HR manager Oliver Bornhäuser at 10 o’clock, the trainees presented their profession and gave an insight into their daily routine as a tool mechanic (m/f), electronic technician (m/f), industrial clerk (m/f) or process mechanic (m/f). For high school seniors also a dual course in mechanical engineering, specializing in plastics technology, is possible. In addition a HR officer provided training how to manage a job interview and a company tour granted insights into a mold shop. The conclusion of both, the participants and the organizers, was very positive.

The sector training has a long tradition at Braunform as the company invests in its future since many years by offering various training occupations in the technical and commercial field. Since the beginning the training of young people is an essential part of the corporate strategy and human resources development, not only in view of the growing demand for skilled labour. The result: Already more than 125 qualified employees finished their apprenticeship successfully and could be taken over in a field of application afterwards.
