Company page on facebook – As one of the first in the mold making industry Braunform sets a high value in communication on social media.
With an own company profile Braunform entered facebook which is the most successful social media platform in Germany. The aim is to provide information to customers, business partners and employees at regular intervals.
Topics posted on the wall include company information in general or details about meetings and fairs as well as job advertisements for professionals or trainees. Impressions of the company’s daily business and reports about projects will also be part of the communication appearance like films as a project of our apprentices’ e. g. the presentation of a “qualified toolmaker”.
Considerable possibilities on facebook are also obvious: Especially in the industry of capital goods it is important to be directly in contact with customers and interested parties and to establish new contacts additionally. These efforts now are supported by the social media activities.
A project team consisting of members of marketing department and human resource development is responsible for the activities in the social web: Posting of content regularly, reactions to feedback or criticism and the further development of the communication concept regarding to other platforms on the internet. A company channel on YouTube for example is being built up.
