The Technology Center is BRAUNFORM`s connecting interface with customers. On the one hand, everything that has been developed in close dialog with the customers is tested and improved under actual production conditions. On the other hand, pilot production runs - if required, also under clean room conditions or on the customers` machined - prepare people and technology for a smooth serial production.
At the Technology Center, the path is straightened for a successful industrial production - and even more:
- Consulting concerning the appropriate technologies, machines, mold and peripheric devices.
- Sampling and qualification of complete customer equipment and peripheric technology.
- Education and training of application technicians and mold makers of our customers.
- Pre-production runs on our own or on up to four customers` machines. 3-shift operation is possible.
- Maintenance and Assembly Area
- Special processes with multi-component injection molding, endless injection molding, IML ...
- Handling of: Thermoplastic resin, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), Specials: Silicone (LSR), ceramic
- Quality management system certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001
In our clean room based on GMP products for the pharmaceutical industry are made. Here, the most demanding standards concerning quality and process security are fulfilled on a daily basis.
- Clean room injection molding with 650 - 1,500 kN clamping force in over 20 machines.
- Aluminum and rubber punching as well as automated assembly for integrated pharmaceutical all-in-one solutions.
Technolgoy Center
BRAUN guarantees customers the highest possible availability and process safetyfor its injection- molding solutions. In our own Technology Center, we test every new mold until it is ready for production. With our own or customer supplied machines, upon request, an in intense 3-shift operation, often as pilot production – and always under continuous confidential supervision.
