The mold shop is the key of BRAUNFORM. More than 95% of the injection molds are developed and produced for customers of different sectors and tested on customer machine until they are ready for production.
With 150 employees the completely air-conditioned mold shop is one of the worldwide leading mold shops. Especially the high competence in multi-component technique makes BRAUNFORM an ideal partner for new product ideas.
Working on joint development projects with our demanding clients, ongoing dialogue between in-house developers, engineers and customer production staff– competence on the highest level, confirmed by the certificates DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001.

Technology Center
BRAUN guarantees customers the highest possible availability and process safetyfor its injection- molding solutions. In our own Technology Center, we test every new mold until it is ready for production. With our own or customer supplied machines, upon request, an in intense 3-shift operation, often as pilot production – and always under continuous confidential supervision.
